72000 TEACHER TO RECRUITED

GOOD NEWS 

72000 TEACHERS TO BE RECRUITED BY 15 MARCH

Education Minister Partha Chatterjee intimated in press conference held on 13th February in West Bengal Legislative Assembly, that Govermment will recruit 72,000 teacher in Primary Upper Primary Secondary & Higher Secondary schools through out West Bengal. Out of these the projected vacancy for Primary Teacher is approximately 42,400.
According to the latest verdict of Calcutta High Court, the result of Interview for the post of Primary Teacher was declared on 31st January of 2017. After that the counseling & the choice of preference (for school ) has started . Notably, 20,000 applicants have already received their joing letters and counseling is going on for remaining candidates.the recruitment process for Primary Teacher is expected to complete by one week. Mr. Chatterjee also intimated that Education Department has adopted stringent screening process for document verification because in the last time, lost of candidates submitted fraudulent documents against B.Ed qualification for which the recruitment process was hampered.
