National defence academy is going to recruit 60 persons for the posts of 'Lower Division Clerk' Cook and Multi Tasking Staff.

Candidates, who have passed 12th standard examination from any recognised Board/ Council are eligible for the post. in addition to this qualification, candidates should have typing speed of at least 35 w.p.m in English / 30 wpm in Hindi on computer. Age should be between 18 to 27 years as on 24.02.2017. Scale of pay is Rs- 5200/- to 20200/- with Grade pay of Rs-1900/- Number of vacancy is 07 (UR:03, ST:02,OBC:02)Post- Cook
Candidates , who have passed 12th standard examination form any recognised Board/ Council are eligible for the post. Candidates, who have passed Trade Certificate Course in Cooking from any recognised ITI may also apply in addition to this qualification candidates should have 2 years experience of Cooking in any recognised organization, Age Should be between 18 and 25 years as on 24.02.2017. Scale of pay Rs- 5200/- to 20200/- with Grade pay of Rs- 1900/- Number of vacancy is 03 (UR:02, OBC: 01)For all posts : OBC & SC/ST candidates will get relaxation in age by 3 years & 5 years respectively, Ex Servicemen & Physically challenged candidates will get exemption in age as per the Govt. Rules.
Mode of Selection :-
Selection will be made on the basis of written test followed by skill test. The Written Test will consist of questions base don the following subjects
(i) General Intelligence & Reasoning(ii) Numerical Aptitude
(iii) General English
(iv) General Awareness .
Shortlisted Candidates will be called for Skill Test.
